"Clouds" by Gail Saunders-Smith
Easy little read all about clouds. It even has pictures of each cloud!! I happen to love clouds too so this was a good book for me
I would ask students to draw clouds then name them and their type of weather they create.

The Magic School Bus Explores the Senses" by Joanna Cole & Bruce Degen
This a book all about hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting, and touching...AKA the 5 senses. Magic School Bus books have a lot of information sometime and can be quite overwhelming but there is a lot of good information in it.
I would have students thin about senses then name something that could trigger a sense

"The Magic School bus presents Wild Weather"
This was a great little book all about weather. It had many interesting topics such as water, wind, and lighting. It even talked about meteorologists.
You could use this book in the classroom to talk about anything weather related. An activity might be for the children to chose their favorite weather event then write a short story using weather terms.

"Earth's Oceans" by Bobbie Kalman
This book was awesome. I really enjoyed it. It's broken down into sections about different parts of the oceans such as coral reef, islands, and even the tide.
I would use this book to show students different aspects of the ocean. I might have them pic out some descriptive words and use them in a picture.

" The Magic School Bus presents a Book about Sound"
This was a very informative book about sound. I love Magic School Bus and this one was so fun!!
You could use this book in the classroom to talk about sounds and have students write a short story on a time they were surrounded by loud sounds.
